ORDERING

Order process:

    1. Add product to your shopping basket
    If you want buy an article, click on the shopping basket so that the product is added to the shopping basket.
    Then you can simply continue shopping. When your total order is ready, return to the shopping basket to continue to payment. Upon further reflection, have you decided not to purchase a particular item? Remove the product from the shopping basket by clicking on the waste bin.


    2. Enter information
    After you have added the product to the shopping basket, you should complete your information. If you have a discount code or e-gift card you can enter the code in the 'Discount' section.

    3. Paying securely
    After you have entered all your information, choose your payment method. We offer Bancontact/MisterCash and Paypal. 

    4. Order completed
    Your order has now been placed. In a clear summary you can see all the information listed.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    You can still change your order within 24 hours by mail as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. Cancellation is no longer possible after your order has been completed.

    After you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us.
    This mail lists the order information.

     

     You did not receive a confirmation email?

    If you did not receive a confirmation email you may have provided an incorrect email address.
    Check in your account to make sure you have provided the correct email information.
    It could also be in the spam filter of your mailbox, so always check your spam box or the ‘unwanted email’ folder.

     

    SHIPPING

    What does shipping cost?

    Small packages in Belgium: €6 (Bpost), other countries from €15

    Deliveries of big items in Belgium: €20

    Installation of big items in Belgium: €75

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to different countries, you can select your country when you're completing your order details.

    What are the delivery times?

    Shipping may take from 2 days till 12 weeks, depending the product and stock.

    International orders will be shipped with local couriers and may take longer.

    Are there customs fees and import taxes?

    The price of the items does not include customs and import duties which may vary from country to country.
    You may be required to pay this when you accept delivery of the items from the courier.
    If you refuse to take delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Tutu Dors.
    In that case, Tutu Dors may be required to pay additional charges to the carrier for the cost of return, including customs and import duties, which are at your expense.
    We will deduct these costs from the refund due to you.

     

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


    Your order can be returned within 14 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions: make sure that the items are returned undamaged and in the original packaging.

    An item can only be exchanged while stocks last. Sold items can only be exchanged for another item or a voucher.

     

    PAYMENTS

    Which payment options do I have?
    You can pay by Bankcontact/MisterCash, VISA, iDEAL or PayPal.

    Can I use my gift card?
    Yes, you can use the code you find on your giftcard in the section 'Gift card or discount code' at the checkout.

    Can I use multiple gift cards or discount codes at once?
    No it not possible to combine gift cards or discount codes.
